SIGNATURE GIN UNVEILED – Fairmont Chateau Whistler, in collaboration with Whistler’s Montis Distilling, announced the launch of a new premium artisanal spirit, Blackcomb Gin. Artfully infused with botanicals that include hops from the local Pemberton Valley, cedar tip, juniper berries, grapefruit peel, coriander, ginger, and orris root, the gin’s harmonious blend captures the essence of the destination’s wild surroundings in every sip.
EXCLUSIVE MIXOLOGY MASTERCLASSES LAUNCHED – Led by expert Mixologists from the legendary Mallard Lounge, participants will delve into the art of cocktail crafting, drawing inspiration from one of Whistler's most innovative cocktail lists.
LUXURY SUMMER CAMP EXPERIENCE – Fairmont Chateau Whistler's Camp Fairmont activity schedule includes an array of fun and educational experiences that balance opportunities for learning, with ample time for play and adventure. SUMMER POP-UP AL FRESCO MEXICAN TAQUIERA – Indulge in a fiesta of Latin flavours at Radiante, an exclusive summer Pop-Up restaurant nestled within Fairmont Chateau Whistler's enchanted secret garden. Menu highlights include Ceviche and Chef Alejandro Verdi's authentic Mexican tacos. Open Thursday through Sunday from late June until the end of September.
