Joanne Sasvari is a Vancouver-based independent writer-editor. Certified by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), she is an expert in wine and spirits, and also writes frequently about food, travel and design. She is currently the editor of The Alchemist, Vitis and Westcoast Homes & Design magazines, and her recent credits also include Food & Wine, Postmedia Networks, Edible Vancouver, YAM, Destination BC and Winebc.com.
