Jayme Moye writes about travel, mountain sports and culture, and pushing the limits of human potential. Her award-winning freelance work appears in National Geographic, Canadian Geographic, Outside, Kootenay Mountain Culture, Travel + Leisure, and Condé Nast Traveler, among others. Her travel tales have been anthologized in The Best Women’s Travel Writing and Vignettes & Postcards from Paris. Jayme is a 2020 Lowell Thomas Award recipient, for adventure travel writing; the 2019 winner of the Banff Centre’s Mountaineering Article Award for Mountain Literature; the 2019 recipient of the Keith Bellows Award for Excellence in Travel Journalism; and a two-time North American Travel Journalist Association’s Travel Writer of the Year designee. A dual citizen in the U.S. and Canada, she’s based in the Kootenay region of British Columbia.
