Northern BC represents over 53% of the province stretching from Haida Gwaii in the west, Mount Robson Park entrance in the east, and north to the Alaska/Yukon borders. Popular itineraries include the Alaska Hwy, the Inside Passage, and the Skeena-VIA Rail. The region is also home to Canada's only grizzly bear sanctuary, the Khutzeymateen Park and the Tumbler Ridge UNESCO Global Geopark. As a representative of Destination BC, we assist media travelling and telling the stories of northern British Columbia.
