Four Days of Connection
There is nothing we value more than connection and fostering mutually beneficial relationships between destination representatives and travel media writers/creators. Our conference offers the space to connect, learn, and share ideas about the evolving travel media landscape.
Media Marketplace
Year over year, the Media Marketplace is the #1 reason delegates attend the annual TMAC Conference. Here, delegates engage in up to twenty-four 15-minute one-on-one meetings, fostering and building valuable relationships that lead to partnerships and new opportunities in the travel industry. It’s a key part of the TMAC conference, facilitating collaboration between travel writers and content creators and destination representatives.
Professional Development Sessions
Take part in an array professional development sessions at the TMAC Conference. These sessions are designed to help attendees enhance their skills, knowledge, and expertise in travel media and related industries. These sessions typically cover a range of topics relevant to both media professionals and industry representatives, from Generative Artificial Intelligence to Monetizing Your Travel Media Business.
Local Tours
Spend the afternoon on curated excursions that allow our delegates to experience and explore the host destination—showcasing its culture, attractions, and hidden gems. These tours are tailored specifically for travel media professionals and industry representatives, providing them with first-hand insights and story opportunities that they can feature in their work.
Pre & Post Tours
The media will be able to choose ONE pre- or post-tour to better experience and immerse themselves in the province of Saskatchewan. These tours typically last 3-4 nights.
TMAC Dinner and Awards Gala
We can't wait for everyone to come together in one room for our signature Dinner and Awards Gala held on the last night of the conference. It is a celebratory evening that recognizes and honors excellence in travel journalism, photography, digital content, and industry contributions. This formal event combines fine dining with an awards presentation, providing an elegant and festive conclusion to the conference.
