Welcome to the Media Member Re-qualification form(s).

As you begin completing your application or re-qualification process, please be sure to review the Media Points Table carefully, as well as the FAQ's. Both of these documents are available via links found on this page to the right. The criteria for membership has been refreshed in the summer of 2024, expanding the channels of communication that are eligible. When re-qualifying in the Fall of 2024, members are able to submit work produced from January 1, 2024 - November 30, 2024. Membership, when approved, for either NEW or Re-qualifying, your accreditation is valid for 3 years (formerly 2 years).

You will be asked to complete the following:

  1. The form below, where we gather your contact information, experience and some other basic information.
  2. The Media Member Re-qualification Form – Work Product form, which you will normally submit multiple times, detailing information about your work.
  3. The Media Member Re-qualification Form – Volunteer form, which you can optionally use to detail your volunteer positions with TMAC over the past 2 years, for bonus points.
  4. The Media Member Re-qualification Form – Complete form, where you can see your accumulated score and SUBMIT (be sure to click this when finished) your application when you have accumulated 50+ points.
