Amy Rosen is an award-winning journalist and cookbook author who writes regularly for publications including the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, Bon Appetit, and Food & Wine magazine. She is the former Editor-in-Chief of Modern Farmer, and the former food editor at Chatelaine and House & Home magazines. Her seventh book, “Canada’s Best New Cookbook” launched in 2022, and her first novel, “Off Menu” (ECW Press) comes out June ’25. Amy is also the founder of Rosen’s Cinnamon Buns.
