Your Conference Profile

As we approach the conference days, it’s a good idea for you to review your profile.

MEDIA

Your profile is what fellow registrants will see when searching, but also it details (for organizers and yourself only) your individualized selections – tours, professional development sessions, meal requirements, allergies, etc.

To review your profile:

  1. Go to: http://www.travelmediaevents.ca/delegates/edit.asp
  2. Log in using your conference credentials.
  3. Click on “Edit your Profile.”
  4. When your profile appears, you will see your contact and address information. Keep scrolling down past this information until you come to the conference choices. You can then update your selections accordingly.

INDUSTRY

As an industry member, you have two profiles – one for your company (displayed on the left), one for you as the company representative (displayed on the right).

Your company profile is most used by media for marketplace appointment selections and includes your description of services such as “what’s new.”

The representative profile (i.e. your individual profile) includes your contact information and your personal conference selections – tours, professional development sessions, meal requirements, allergies, etc.

To review your profile:

  1. Go to: http://www.travelmediaevents.ca/exhibitors/edit.asp
  2. Log in using your conference credentials.
  3. Click on “Edit your Profile.”
  4. When your profile appears, you will see your contact and address information. Keep scrolling down past this information until you come to the conference choices. You can then update your selections accordingly.
