This is the moment you've all been waiting for! The Travel Media Association of Canada is pleased to announce the winners of the TMAC 2016 Awards. The Awards were presented on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City, QC as part of the 2017 TMAC Conference and AGM closing gala.

With the ever-evolving landscape in travel journalism and photography, TMAC welcomed digital influencers to submit their work to the Awards. We received an unprecedented 366 entries: 284 editorial submissions, and 82 photographic submissions. Many of which were submitted by TMAC bloggers and Instagramers.

A special thank you to our veteran judging panel who returned for another year to pour over the hundreds of submissions. Editorial judges were Dan Brown, Don Genova and David Homel. For the photography categories, we welcomed back Mishell Raedeke and new comer to the panel, Jason Hartog. Information about the Judging Panel can be found on the TMAC website here.
